Q1) How long does it take to receive an order?

A: All orders are typically delivered within one - two weeks of being despatched. However occasionally orders may be subject to customs screenings and therefore this may delay the order for up to one week in most cases. 

Q2) Do you have a telephone number I can contact you on?

A: We want to make our prices to customers as affordable as possible. A business telephone line can be an hefty expense for our small business and therefore at this time we only communicate via online methods like email, however we strive that for all inquiries we give a full reply within a 12 hour period on any day of the week (yes, weekends too!)

Q3) Can I pick up an order?

A: Short answer is no. Buyers only have the option of getting their orders in their hands by the postal services. In the future, we will seriously consider a pick-up option.

Q4) Can I purchase something not listed on the site?

A: Yes you can. Send us a name, picture or if you don't have any of those detailss just give us a brief description of what the product looked like and chances are our football expert team can track them down for you.

Q5) Where are you guys based? 

A: Our place of business is located in Canberra, Australia. Since our operations are online only, we do not have a physical retail store you can visit. However we plan that for the future when we get more popular.

A: We constantly update our facebook and twitter pages with coupon offers and inform you about what's going on football wise :)
