Where do you ship? All Australian states and most countries worldwide.
How long until my order leaves the warehouse? Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days of receiving your order.
How long does delivery take? 5 - 10 working days. But please note that your order is subject to unforseeable delays such as bad weather, etc.
How about online tracking/proof of shipment? Most orders have online tracking included.
What if it the order lost? No worries. We will immediately re-ship an replacement.

We have a no hassle - no worries return policy meaning that if the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll give you details on how to return it and once we receive it back, we will promptly refund your money or you can exchange it for something else. But there's a few conditions you should be aware of:
- You the customer has to pay for postage costs (by which we are not responsible if it is lost in the means of getting to us).
- Everything must be returned in original, unused condition.
- Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return if this occurs.

- Ordering
Here's what typically happens when you place an order through us:
- 1. After checkout, your order and payment is processed.
- 2. Once your order is confirmed it is prepared and packed for shipping.
- 3. Your order is shipped and a notification email is sent to you along with tracking (if available).
- 4. Days later, you receive your football package with all your order items :)
- If ever your order is lost in transit, KickItDeals will immediately send a replacement.
