Shipping Methods and Times
KickItDeals uses the safest and time-efficient shipping methods to ship items direct to your door. The majority of orders placed with us are usually dispatched within 48 hours (or next-business day) after payment is received, unless stated otherwise. Check the “Availability” section on the item page for a better estimate. Once dispatched the item/s should arrive within these timeframes depending on the shipping method you choose (currently we only have one shipping option): Method

We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum. But due to the ever increasing costs of transportation, fuel and other factors; we suggest purchasing several items or in bulk to reduce the costs. Therefore keeping the shipping costs down and saving more on your order.
Remember that other expenses that add to shipping costs include: Handling, total order value insurance, packaging, labelling, printing, taping etc. Also note that if ordering two or more items, they may arrive in seperate packages from different locations. This is due to our supplier locations.
Notification and Online tracking
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Included in the email may be an tracking number or link. The package may be fully traceable online, showing details like the estimated delivery date and where the item is currently located or in transit. Others may only have more basic tracking functions. Some orders will not have tracking avaliable for their package, but most will.
Customs and Duties
Buyers also may be subject for collection of customs or duties, even though it happens very rarely; we are not in anyway responsible if it occurs and is totally in control of your country’s customs department. We suggest reading on your country's taxation rules for internet orders. For example the Australian customs website reads” All goods (except for tobacco products and alcoholic beverages) may be imported duty and tax free if their value is $1,000 or less.” If you are asked for customs collections, the cost could range anywhere from 5% to 20% of the total order value.
Returns
KickItDeals only accepts returns only if an error on our behalf occurred or the manufacturers. For example if the product has a manufacturers fault. You must contact us within (7) calendar days of receiving the product. Also give us clear details on the fault or problem. If we believe that a return is necessary, we will give you specific instructions on how to return it to us and a full refund will be given to the account holder. KickItDeals does not accept returns if such examples like "they didn't fit me" "The size was too big". We suggest trying on the same or similar product at a local store and then buying here. Alternatively you can use one of our sizing guides. |
