| When will my order be dispatched? |
| KickItDeals uses the safest and fastest shipping methods to ship items to your door. Most orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (or next-business day) after payment is received, unless stated otherwise. Check the “Availability” section on the item page for a better estimate. |

| Our business is built on established, close relationships with our sporting agent’s/suppliers all around the world, from the United States to Hong Kong and sending direct to the customer.

How long does shipping take? |
| Once dispatched, shipping usually takes anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered to your door. Please look at the table below for a better estimate.

Sometimes there can be unexpected delays which can hold the packages progress for a couple of days or even weeks. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 15 business days. Packages can be forwarded back to us as “undeliverable” or “wrong address”, please leave a further 10 business days for this. However these problems occur rarely and are the policy for most online stores, so please don’t be discouraged to purchase from us. Also remember that all packages are fully insured. |
